The centering machine is mainly composed of discharge electrode, workpiece, electrode and working fluid, when machining, the workpiece suspended with electrode is placed in a pool, and then another electrode is moved to the top of the workpiece with almost no gap, the voltage is increased between the two electrodes, so that the electrical sparks are discharged in this gap, and these electrical sparks melt or evaporate the parts around the electrode and the material required for the machining of the workpiece, and the materials are thus These sparks melt or vaporize the material around the electrodes and the workpiece, thus machining the material precisely into the desired shape.

1.Select the appropriate working fluid: the working fluid is a conductive medium, can form a discharge gap between the electrode and the processing surface, reduce the friction heat and can cool the processing area, different materials require different working fluids, for example, copper, aluminum, steel, etc. The default working fluid for the sample fluid, with good electrical conductivity and machinability; in the processing of easily oxidized materials, it is necessary to use the oxidation-resistant working fluid, to avoid surface oxidizing damage.

2. Configuration and adjustment of tools: According to the need, it is necessary to select the appropriate electrode and workpiece position and make adjustments so that the entire machining process can achieve the machining effect.

3. Start the machine: After placing the workpiece in the machining area, start the machine. During the machining process, you need to monitor the machining results to avoid the gap between the electrode and the workpiece being too large or too small, which will affect the machining results.

4. Processing Completion: When the workpiece reaches the desired shape or size, stop the machine and check the processing results, and add additional processing procedures if necessary.

The operation of the centering machine needs to be carried out by professional personnel to ensure safe operation. In addition, the operation and maintenance personnel need to clean and replace the working fluid in a timely manner to ensure that the machine operates in a stable and efficient manner in order to obtain processing results.
