Before a Swiss CNC Lathe leaves our factory, we follow a series of professional packaging and securing procedures to ensure the machine arrives at the customer’s location safely and in perfect condition.
First, our team secures all movable parts of the lathe, such as tool holders, slides, and accessories, to prevent movement or collision during transportation.
Next, we apply anti-rust oil paper wrapping to protect the machine from moisture, corrosion, and potential friction damage, providing an extra layer of safety.
Once the initial protection is complete, the Swiss CNC Lathe is packed into a robust wooden crate. The crate is specially reinforced to enhance stability and protect the equipment from shocks and vibrations during long-distance shipping.
The crated lathe is carefully moved onto the delivery truck using forklifts and other professional equipment.
To prevent any shifting during transit, we secure the crate firmly to the truck bed with heavy-duty ropes.
Additionally, wooden wedges (triangular blocks) are placed at the crate’s base for secondary stabilization, minimizing the risk of movement or impact caused by road vibrations.
During the packaging process, unauthorized personnel are not allowed to approach the work area. This rule ensures the safety of both the workers and bystanders.
With these strict procedures in place, we guarantee that every Swiss CNC Lathe is delivered to our customers in a secure, intact, and professional condition.
