CNC machining machine is a high-precision mechanical processing equipment, and the operation process needs to follow certain operating procedures.
The essence of CNC machining tool alignment is to determine the position of the program origin of the workpiece coordinate system that changes with programming in the unique machine coordinate system. The main task of tool alignment is to obtain the machine coordinate of the starting point of the reference tool program and determine the tool offset of the non reference tool relative to the reference tool.
The following are the steps to operate the CNC walking machine:
Step 1: Prepare for startup
1. Check if all parts of the CNC walking machine are intact and undamaged.
2. Check if the coolant is sufficient.
3. Turn on the power switch, and after the standby bed computer starts successfully, proceed with device initialization.
Step 2: Install the workpiece
1. Fix the workpiece to be processed on the workbench.
2. Use a chuck to clamp the workpiece.
Step 3: Write processing program
1. Use CNC programming software to write machining programs.
2. Upload the written program to the control system of the CNC walking machine.
Step 4: Set processing parameters
1. Set processing parameters based on the workpiece material and processing requirements, including cutting speed, feed rate, cutting depth, etc.
2. Set parameters such as machining path and tool radius.
Step 5: Start processing
1. Check if the processing program and parameters are correct.
2. Manually adjust the tool position to make it contact the surface of the workpiece.
3. Start the CNC centering machine and start automatic machining.
4. Monitor the processing process, adjust processing parameters in a timely manner to prevent errors.
Step 6: End processing
After the processing is completed, turn off the power switch of the CNC centrifuge.
2. Clean the processing area and waste materials.
3. Process the processed workpiece.
