CNC machining machines have made a qualitative leap in processing efficiency and accuracy compared to CNC lathes. Due to the use of dual axis arrangement of cutting tools, processing time is greatly reduced. By shortening the tool exchange time between the tool arrangement and the opposite tool table, multiple tool table overlap function, effective axis movement overlap function for thread chips, and direct spindle indexing function during secondary processing, the idle time is shortened. The chip cutting tool has always been machined at the clamping position between the spindle and the workpiece, ensuring constant machining accuracy. At present, the machining diameter of the centrifugal machine on the market is 38mm, which has a great advantage in the precision shaft machining market. This series of machine tools can be equipped with automatic feeding devices to achieve fully automated production of a single machine tool, reducing labor costs and product defect rates.

Due to the difference in structure between CNC machining centers and traditional CNC lathes, the machining efficiency and accuracy of CNC machining centers are higher than those of CNC lathes. The walking machine adopts a dual axis arrangement of cutting tools, which greatly saves processing cycle time. By shortening the tool exchange time between the tool arrangement and the opposite tool table, it achieves the functions of multiple tool table overlap and effective axis movement overlap of thread chips. The direct spindle indexing function during secondary processing shortens the actual empty walking time.

It is necessary to prepare well before operating the CNC lathe, which plays an important role in effectively improving the work efficiency of the CNC lathe. The preparation work includes:

1. Inspection after power on: Check whether all indicator lights on the system operation interface are normal, and whether all buttons and switches are in normal positions; Is there any alarm prompt on the display screen; Whether the values of hydraulic pressure gauges are within the required range; Control whether the cooling fan of the electrical cabinet box is normal; Whether the tool is tightly clamped with the rotary tool table and whether the tool is damaged; Adjust the guide sleeve and chuck appropriately.

2. Inspection during power outage: When not powered on, the inspection mainly checks whether the oil level of coolant, hydraulic oil, and lubricating oil is sufficient, and whether the various tools and measuring equipment used are fully prepared; Whether the chip groove is cleaned thoroughly, etc.

3. Observation after operation: After operation, pay attention to whether there is any abnormal noise, and stop the vehicle in a timely manner when hearing any abnormal noise (increase vigilance for the first working cycle); Check if there is any abnormal odor in the control box and if there is any abnormal temperature.
